We realise qualitative work in a target-oriented and holistic way. As customer-friendly, innovative and modern company in the field of first-class surface processing, our quality management wants to realise all projects of our customers- your projects- in a safe, first-class and holistic way.

To fascinate you as our customer with our first-class surface processing is the highest priority of the Troeger Surface Group. Most important at this: Continuos improvement of our production process under environment considerations. That means: We want to protect the environment with a technically high effort and minimise production costs at the same time. 
Highest quality as benchmark

The following points are important pillars in the work of the Troeger Surface Group OHG:

  • Customer orientation - You are in our focus. We orientate all performance according to your demands.
     
  • quality management system - We set on quality. With our quality-, process- and project managment system (QPPM).
     
  • efficient production - Own laboratory competences for the in-line check (wet chemical check; coat thickness check, release check with own standards and customer specific norms) as well as the own measurement of the parts with 3D-measurement devices allow an efficient production of all products. 
     
  • Innovation - Innvoative action is an essential basis for our work. So, the TSG realises among other things a pilote realisation of the test requirement and orders according to VDA 16 2nd edition.
     
  • environmental protection - A focus of our daily business is the high environmental awareness. All measurements in this area are prescribed and documented by our integrated QPPM.
     
  • risk management - Due to the efficient application of the FMEA systems engineering (error-possibility- and influence analysis/ consequence analysis), we detect possible weaknesses and can therefore guarantee a high reliability.
