In addition to an elegant exterior of a vehicle, a gracefully designed interior is of the highest value to the end customer. The production of assemblies as well as panels, frames, trims, knobs and other components, with the focus on galvanically applied surface finishes for the automotive sector, is one of our core businesses.
Technology
Different manufacturing processes are used:
- Plastic injection moulding of various materials such as ABS, ABS/PC, PC, PA, POM
- Metal die casting from zinc including punching deburring
- Turning of components made of steel or brass
- Grinding and polishing of metallic components
- Electroplating of plastics and metals – Joining processes such as riveting, hot and ultrasonic welding
