Certification of the Troeger Surface Group
With annual certifications we regularly put our quality standards to the test. The Troeger Surface Group is certified according to the following standards:
- since end of 2004: DIN EN ISO 9001-2000
- since end of 2010: ISO TS 16949 now IATF 16949
- since end of 2015: ISO 14001
In addition, we are continuously expanding our quality, process and project management system (QPPM) based on the requirements of IATF16949. As part of the company vision “TSG goes Green”, an energy management system based on ISO 50001 has been successfully introduced. The documentation of the management system and the entire company knowledge is paperless via WissIntra.
Logistics / Supply-Chain-Management
All call-offs from different customers can be processed via EDI according to requirements. A comprehensive packaging and empties management is actively implemented with our 1st-tier customers. The integration of the different customer platforms is structured and will be released in time for the assumption of the delivery obligation.
