An essential basis in the process of metallic surface treatment is zinc die casting, in which liquid zinc alloys are pressed into prefabricated casting moulds in the shortest possible time and under high pressure. Depending on surface quality and wall thickness, we produce a wide variety of blanks within approx. 10 to 20 milliseconds. During the entire zinc die-casting process, our employees pay attention to highest precision, the optimal surface as well as the corresponding strength.
