In the case of dimensional product features that cannot be manufactured to customer specifications by upstream process steps such as casting or punching, further manufacturing stages must be integrated before surface treatment can take place. Mechanical processing is then usually the solution. This process step is carried out with the help of special CNC milling and machining centres. Analogous to the process steps zinc die casting, grinding, polishing, degreasing, galvanizing and assembling, the complete mechanical processing also takes place in our company. Optimal results and a continuous quality assurance are thus guaranteed.
