In the grinding and polishing department human and technogical workforce come together.
Robots and other automatable technologies make our human workforce‘s work easier and thus increase our
capacities in this area. More as a supplement than a replacement, the „grinding and polishing“ department has been equipped with fully automated M-710 IC 50 handling robots from Fanuc, which perfectly grind and polish the cast raw parts for sanitary elements. The modern technology, unbeaten in its precision, combined with the many years of experience of our employees, makes the difference that allows us to guarantee our customers the finest surfaces with consistently high precision – and that in series production.
Lightweight and space-saving, the robots, which are among the fastest in their class, fit into the workplace
and, with their 6 axes and slim wrist, have a high degree of flexibility. As they can also lift weights up to 50
kg, this also benefits the ergonomics and health of our employees.
